Our sessions together
Our first session together is an opportunity to ensure that I'm the right person to support you, for you to ask any questions and that you are comfortable with my ways of working. This is a no pressure appointment for us to explore the reasons that have brought you to seek counselling and lasts up to 30 mins.
What to expect
Each individual I work with is unique, no single approach suits all people or issues. I use both person-centred and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) approaches, this is often described as an 'Integrative' approach.
I have availability during working hours, evenings and weekends. Please message me for my current availability. Typically, we will agree a regular appointment day and time.
Individual sessions (50 mins)
Individual 1-1 sessions where we can explore any issues you wish to bring. Online and telephone sessions are available.
