Online and telephone counselling sessions for Women.
Providing you with a supportive thinking space to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions, away from the everyday distractions of life.
Hello, I'm Kellyanne
If you have come this far, maybe you are ready to reach out and share your thoughts and feelings in a calm and welcoming space. I understand that it can feel daunting to seek support with a personal challenge and it is a privilege to be invited on that journey.
We can explore connections, patterns and processes, which can bring awareness and lead to acceptance.
Our sessions together
Introductory session - (30 mins) - £Free
Our first session together is an opportunity to ensure that I'm the right person to support you, for you to ask any questions and that you are comfortable with my ways of working. This is a no pressure appointment for us to explore the reasons that have brought you to seek counselling and lasts up to 30 mins either online or by telephone.
What to expect
Each individual I work with is unique, no single approach suits all people or issues. I use both person-centred and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) approaches, this is often described as an 'Integrative' approach.
I have availability during daytime, evening and weekends. Please message me for my current availability. Typically, we will agree a regular appointment day and time.
Introductory sessions (50 mins) - £45
Following your introductory session we would move onto Individual 1-1 sessions online or by telephone, where we can explore any issues you wish to bring.
If you have any questions about the counselling process please get in touch or explore my common questions here.
