Hello, I'm Kellyanne
If you have come this far, maybe you are ready to reach out and share your thoughts and feelings in a calm and welcoming space. I understand that it can feel daunting to seek support with a personal challenge and it is a privilege to be invited on that journey.
My aim is to provide a supportive thinking space to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions, away from the everyday distractions of life.
We can explore connections, patterns and processes, which can often lead to acceptance.
Our sessions together

Our first session together is an opportunity to ensure that I'm the right person to support you, for you to ask any questions and that you are comfortable with my ways of working. This is a no pressure appointment for us to explore the reasons that have brought you to seek counselling and lasts up to 30 mins either online or by telephone.
What to expect
Each individual I work with is unique, no single approach suits all people or issues. I use both person-centred and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) approaches, this is often described as an 'Integrative' approach.
Availability
I have availability during working hours, evenings and weekends. Please message me for my current availability.
Typically, we will agree a regular appointment day and time.
First session (30 mins) - £Free
Our first session is free or charge and available either online or by telephone.
Individual sessions (50 mins) - £45
Individual 1-1 sessions online or by telephone, where we can explore any issues you wish to bring.
